I’m Mandy Sinclair, a Weight Loss Mindset Coach. I help people who are struggling with weight loss and low self-image to overcome the emotional issues they have around food and help them break away from yo-yo dieting into a sustainable, confident and healthy self-image.
After over 40 years of yo-yo dieting and being significantly overweight I have finally achieved a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and, most importantly, I have learned to be kind to myself. Today, I am the happiest I have ever been. My years of struggle and the change in mindset that I have been able to master, allows me to share and coach what I’ve learned with others so that YOU TOO can live a sustainable, confident and happy life.
My clients are from all backgrounds and all have a different story. But the one thing they have in common is a history of battling with their weight and dealing with the consequences that has for their self-image and confidence. They are likely to have an emotional connection with food which makes being able to sustain a healthy and happy weight challenging.
