Recommended Reading List

Ideas to motivate and inspire you

I love listening to or reading a good book. Therefore, I thought I would create a personal coaching recommended reading list to share some of my favourites with you. I will keep adding to this as I find new ones. If you would like to include any of your favourite books please message me via the contact form or social media and I will look at adding them.

Taking time to read an inspirational book is a great way to take care of ourselves and open our minds to new beliefs and opportunities.
