Mandy is a phenomenal coach. In just the first session we were able to untangle some of the things that were holding me back and explore ways to move forward not only in my career but holistically. Mandy has a way of putting my values, beliefs and goals into perspective to make sure it aligns with what I do. Mandy has walked alongside me every step of the way, empowering me to take bold steps where I wouldn't usually. It has been a pleasure working with Mandy and I couldn't recommend her enough.

I felt my career path was no longer providing me the satisfaction I had hoped for 20 years ago.  I embarked upon a co-active coaching programme with Mandy which started with a very detailed review of me: my beliefs, my self awareness and what I wanted to achieve. It was a fantastic exercise and I was able to break down and question so many established beliefs and to reaffirm my values. I describe her support as helping me to find my way out of a very dark forest. 

I had tried coaching before, but Mandy brings a vibrant, fresh, approach which worked brilliantly for me. The sessions are FUN, and we discovered parts of me that had been lost for years. I always looked forward to the sessions and I felt disappointed when we got to the point where Mandy said she thought I was ready for completion now! But I was. Mandy has helped me see things through a new pair of eyes, and this helped me in all areas of my life. I hope I have an opportunity to use Mandy’s services again in the future! There are so many people I come across that I just KNOW would benefit from working with Mandy.

In just a handful of sessions Mandy, through her coaching, has helped me completely change how I look at myself and the world through my own eyes. I started as a woman who put her head down as she walked down the street in the hope of not being noticed by anyone to now having my head held high because I’m proud to be ME. Something just 4 sessions ago I would have never thought possible! “You are more than you think”.

Since working with Mandy I feel like I have a real focus on what’s important in my life. Talking about my values and what I hold close, has really sharpened where I need to use more of my energy and not to waste it on things I can’t change. Having this view has helped me to secure a new role and my work life balance has improved so that I spend more quality time with my family.
