My Approach

Coaching is about designing a different future that fits with your values and goals. When you work with me, the first step will be to understand your goals and desired outcomes. I will ask questions to help you understand who you really are, what might be holding you back and what is really important to you. This applies to both personal and business coaching. *

Every action you take will be designed by you to move you forward towards your goals. I will then design a bespoke programme that works for you.  Every relationship is unique and everyone’s journey is different.

*Small Business and Weight Loss Mindset Coaching packages will also include elements of mentoring but at the heart of them is the Co-Active coaching model.

Co-Active Coaching

I am certified by The Co-Active Training Institute which is the largest in-person experiential training house in the world and trains 50% of the world’s coaches. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) which is considered the gold standard of coach training. This prestigious training is the most rigorous and respected in the industry and is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have completed 200 hours of experiential learning, a 6-month virtual programme of seminars, coaching practice, individual and group supervision, coach mentoring and examination.

Co-Active coaching is about both the “Being and Doing” of life. It is perfectly designed to help you craft the life you want, both personally and professionally, and is used by some of the world’s largest organisations to develop their people. You can find out more about Co-Active coaching here

Certified by the International Coaching Federation

I am also an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a leading global organisation dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.

The ICF has taken the lead in developing a definition and philosophy of coaching and establishing ethical standards among its members. Through its own Code of Ethics, Ethical Conduct Review Process, Program Complaint Process and Independent Review Board (IRB), ICF sets professional coaching standards while also giving consumers a venue to file ethics complaints about ICF Members, ICF Credential-holders or ICF-accredited training programs. You can read the Code of Ethics that I am governed by here
