Coaching is about designing a different future that fits with your values and goals. When you work with me, the first step will be to understand your goals and desired outcomes. I will ask questions to help you understand who you really are, what might be holding you back and what is really important to you. This applies to both personal and business coaching. *
Every action will be designed by you to move you forward towards your goals. I will then design a bespoke programme that works for you. Every relationship is unique and everyone’s journey is different.
*Small Business and Weight Loss Mindset Coaching packages will also include elements of mentoring but at the heart of them is the Co-Active coaching model.
I am certified by The Co-Active Training Institute, the largest in-person experiential training house in the world and trains 50% of the world’s coaches. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), the gold standard of coach training. This training is the most rigorous and respected in the industry and fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have completed 200 hours of experiential learning, a 6-month virtual programme of seminars, coaching practice, individual and group supervision, coach mentoring and examination.
Co-Active coaching is about both the “Being and Doing” of life. It is perfectly designed to help you craft the life you want, both personally and professionally. Some of the world’s largest organisations use it to develop their people and you can find out more here.
I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF is a leading global organisation advancing the coaching profession. They set high standards, provide independent certification and have built a worldwide network of trained professionals. I am incredibly proud that I have now reached the PCC level of accreditation. This new award reflects the 700+ hours of coaching experience I have acquired, in addition to ongoing mentoring and other activities across a number of sectors.
The ICF has taken the lead in developing a definition and philosophy of coaching and establishing ethical standards among its members. Through its own Code of Ethics, Ethical Conduct Review Process, Program Complaint Process and Independent Review Board (IRB), ICF sets professional standards while also giving consumers a venue to file ethics complaints about ICF Members, ICF Credential-holders or ICF-accredited training programs. You can read the Code of Ethics governing my work here.

For my personal and corporate clients, I offer DISC personality coaching. DISC is an internationally recognised tool that helps people and teams perform better. You will learn to become a master communicator, improve relationships, avoid conflict and better understand those around you.
The DISC model opens the doorway to effective communication allowing you to modify your language and behaviour to manage people in any given environment. People respond better to people they like and understand. People are different but, with knowledge of their DISC profile, they are predictably different. Therefore, through DISC you will learn how to minimise misunderstandings and take the mystery out of everyday interactions with others. DISC has a huge number of positive applications for example: team building, hiring and talent management, leadership development and sales training.
